This image is a self portrait and is meant to express feelings I have had and still have from time to time. For me art is a release and it helps me to cope with my emotions to create something that I have difficulty talking about. This image is a culminations of a lifetime of frustration, anger, hopelessness and anxiety. It is difficult to look at but depression is a difficult subject.
