September 13, 2010 1:42pm This Shot is called a rear curtain sinc timed exposure. Keeps the subject in focus but the background swirled and out of focus. Where at the last second before the shutter goes off the quick movemt back and forth will cause this effect every time if done right..
June 07, 2009 10:07pm I really want to know if this is or isn't a Lensbaby shot. I know that it's possible to get this or something close to it with Photoshop; but curious nonetheless.
