My name is William Rackley ( Yuzien Born ). I am a product of my family, my father having been the professor for stage and lighting design at UNCC, mother a bachelors of fine arts, grandfather a photographer, and uncle touting a masters in design.
Having started programming young, the eventual result was being into every kind of digital art. If it can evoke, and it's electronic, I love it.
My abilities span photography, 3d design and animation, video editing, audio production and engineering, electronic DJ, web development, and graphic / architectural / stage design. What applies to model mayhem is my use of Lightroom and Photoshop, both of which I've been using since the first iteration of the program ( when it said 'Adobe Photoshop' with no numbers or letters after it ).
I married a make-up artist that has been working with cosmetics as long as I have been working with graphics. Her name is Heather Alexander, and her Model Mayhem number is 806940. This means two good things for the MM models. One, I'm not one of those photographers trying to awkwardly pick you up. Two, if you get your face caught in a tractor wheel before the shoot, we can still make you look good.
Heather and I have started a cosmetics line, Pheonix Beauty. The majority of work we're doing with models right now is to build up a portfolio using only those products.
All of our work with the Model Mayhem models and photographers has been great and fun, and I'm looking forward to more ( except for the no-shows ).
We do TF* rarely now. If you have a knock-down epic concept/location/etc, or if peoples jaws always drop when they look at you... please feel free to message me about it
Otherwise, we're only charging $100.00 a shoot. This includes the makeup artist featured in every image in my portfolio. You should expect about 3 touched-edited images to come from one shoot, but this varies depending on everything that goes into an image. I've seen 10 come out of a shoot as well.
