Since 2003 Marlene Garcia took her passion for color- experimentation and fashion and applied them to the art of makeup. With a keen sense of the natural form, she began her makeup career and launched her artistic talents into the world of makeup. Her range, versatility, and professionalism quickly made her a favorite with clients.
Marlene’s career began as a professional makeup artist for M.A.C. cosmetics, representing one of the industry’s most innovative brands. Her role as a M.A.C. artist was to create fresh new looks tailored to fit each client’s personal style. As an independent artist, she always stays on the cutting edge with the latest products and application techniques.
She currently heads the make-up department at Regional Music Television, LLC and I Latina Entertainment in North Hollywood, California;
In 2005 She assisted in the TV pilot of “Cubs” alongside director Bill D’Elia.
Marlene attended MUD (Make Up Designory) a very prominent make up academy in Burbank, California.
