Beauty Outdoors

The artistic objective of Beauty Outdoors is to do classy glamour images in natural surroundings.  The preferred photographic style is "outdoor boudoir".  That, of course, is a contradiction in terms unless you're a fox.  (No, the kind on four legs.)  Whenever practical, work is done in natural surroundings using beaches, forests, streams, waterfalls, rocks, fallen trees, etc. as backgrounds.  That often needs to be done very early in the morning or at some distance from populated areas.  Indoor work is also done when outdoor conditions preclude shooting there.

Beauty Outdoors does private and confidential glamour photography for women who could never consider doing that openly.  That was the start of the work more than 10 years ago with a friend.  All private work is completely confidential and never shown in any way to anyone except the woman photographed.

Beauty Outdoors also works with beginners and other models on a TF (trade for DVD or prints) basis to develop or improve our mutual portfolios.  Images done for some models already comprise a substantial part of their ports.  TF work does not need to include nude images.  A model release is required, however, so that both the model and Beauty Outdoors can use the images in our respective portfolios.

Finally, experienced models are paid to assist in improving the work.  If you are an experienced model with an interesting image concept or location idea, please contact me.  There is a particular interest in new outdoor locations.  Some models who have worked with me know that I go to considerable lengths for a great image opportunity.  It should be understood that all paid shoots must include a substantial number of artistic nude and/or glamour nude images.  A model release is also required.

Work is limited to females over 18 (and preferably over 21).  If there is the slightest possibility that a prospective model might be a minor, her photo identification with a date of birth will be required and that ID will be photographed for the mutual legal protection of the model and Beauty Outdoors.

There is still a full time "day job" so time for photography is somewhat limited.  While every e-mail will be answered, there may not be time to work with everyone.  The inability to work with any particular model does not reflect in any way on my interest in her, merely the other demands on my time.
 
Beauty Outdoors works primarily in the DC/MD/VA area but also travels around the Middle Atlantic states, to Florida, and occasionally elsewhere.
