My name is Jeff Robinson. I am a photographer living in the city of Detroit (for now).
TFP/TFCD:
I do a lot of TFP work. I love shooting. I love creating art.
Likewise, I don't pay models. I collaborate.
I am always interested in working with models who have a unique look and slim or muscular bodies. I love the way shadows fall from protruding bones and musculature. I am still exploring the best methods to light subjects in such a way as to reveal only key elements in a photo while adding drama and depth.
Some Requirements I Have for Models:
1. Don't Be Flaky! - Know that my time is very limited as I am almost always busy. So, if I schedule a time with you, please honor it. ***IF WE HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND YOU DON'T SHOW I WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU IN THE FUTURE, PAID OR NOT*** Calling to reschedule is one thing, but if you set a time and never show up... we're done. I take this very seriously and approach it very professionally and I expect the same.
2. Be Comfortable. - If you look at my portfolio you'll see that almost everyone is nude. If you're working with me, there is a good chance you will be too, unless we've made other plans (or you're under 18). It is not because I want to see your breasts or the like, honestly, I've seen hundreds. It is because this is art, not fashion. To me, photos with clothes are photos OF clothes - and I'm not a fashion photographer. Moral of the story: Please be reasonably comfortable with your body or have a glass of wine.
3. Escorts - I don't mind a quiet escort, if you feel you need one. But please, no jealous boyfriends, photographers or backseat photographers.

I will never respond rudely or negative and I am very open to exploring each unique look that different models bring.
I am very open to exploring your ideas and listening to your input. I don't claim to be a perfect photographer so comments and suggestions are always taken into consideration.

I have had several requests for prints. If you'd like a print of any of my work or would like something commissioned please feel free to ask. Prices for fellow Mayhemers are always very reasonable, or maybe I'd just give it to you.
