Hello! My name is Courtney and I am no newbie to make-up art. I have had an interest since I was younger but I did not see my potential until I turned 20.

I recently completed my Make-up Artistry Course with Eveline Charles Academy in Edmonton, AB with what would be considered as honors (100% on the written, 99% on the application of skills).

I decided to join Model Mayhem to expand my clientele base, to get as much experience as I can, and get as many opportunities to work with like minded professionals as I can. I want to be considered as a serious contender in the world of make-up art.

I love any type of make-up style (gothic, natural, evening, bridal, retro glam, etc). I have branched into body painting a tiny bit. Once I get more settled, I want to learn how to airbrush make-up and body paint, and possibly learn more special effects make-up. I also do a few limited things with hair (Braiding, Curling, messy styles), I do NOT cut or color professionally.

I also plan to start my own business, and call it Glamazon Beauty, but all in time. I want to try and get a sure footing in the industry before I take on starting my own business. One foot in front of the other.

Josh Pitter - #1070666 - This guy is so freakin funny to work with! He has a great sense of humor... sometimes the model might have a problem keeping a straight face, but he is a serious photographer with an amazing gift. Rock on Josh, Rock on.

LightArt Photography - No MM# (To my knowledge)- Seann and Michelle are so fun to talk to and Seann was very informative whenever I asked a question. He was not rude or unkind and his wife is just as sweet. They were the first proffessional photographers I ever worked with and I would love to work with them again.

Baos_ca - #309166 - He was so great to work with, very kind, and very understanding. Both him and his partner gave me an awesome opportunity to work not only more with skin correction, but my first photoshoot with Nudes. I thought I was going to feel awkward but he was so professional about it! I felt at ease while muching away on cookies the model had brought us.

Renee Robyn - #1004 - This lady has so much hair! OMG! But she was an excellent model. Very kind and very helpful. Plus she has all the futurama references you could ever hope for!
