While I've only been doing makeup artistry as a business for a few years, I've been an artist all my life. In high school I attended Idyllwild Arts Academy where I dabbled in photography and found my love for charcoal drawing. More recently I've completed classes at the Makeup Institute in San Francisco, CA.
I'm here to have fun and work with great photographers and models while building my portfolio. I hope to submit to an agency soon.
I don't do hair. I love people who can do hair, but it's not for me. I'm choosing to focus exclusively on makeup. I know that this may get me less work, but the work I do get is that much more amazing.
I am currently doing trade for tear sheets or comparable images with agency-ready photographers and models. Everyone else should contact me for my very reasonable pricing.
As far as trade work goes, I don't mind getting raw images; In fact sometimes i prefer it. I like to edit them myself (or give them to my trusty retoucher) so that I can let the makeup show through.
