Update as of 11/7-taking some time off to enjoy my first pregnancy. I'm waiting to show a little more to take some maternity photos.

My name is Jahara. I believe in living life to its fullest. I am happy, love to smile, and I also love to see how a smile can change someone's day. I have a full time job, go to school full time, and enjoy modeling part time. I love taking pictures as long as it's not pornographic or full nudity. Implied is okay after I feel that I have built a relationship and trust with the photographer that I am working with.
I originally joined MM to network and work on building my portfolio. I've only been on 5-6 shoots. I still consider myself an amateur that is learning a lot about the industry. However, I have discovered in the shoots that I have attended and the photographers that I have met and worked with, that I am actually learning more and more about myself.
All my shoots have been quite fun and a learning experience. I am still trying to figure out my style and open to anyone willing to try and help me figure it out. I'm interested in trying a variety of concepts/ideas and available for TFP to benefit both parties. I'm good with direction and accept constructive criticism.

Southwest Florida Meet-n-Greet #4
We are setting up a Meet-n-Greet for the members of Model Mayhem who are located from Bradenton/Sarasota south to Ft. Myers/Naples for Saturday, September 26th, 4pm till 8pm @ ARISTO's Restaurant - 1603 N. Tamiami Trail, Sarasota. This Restaurant has 2 floors as well as a rooftop for possible shootings. We will have Sunset shooting as well as indoor shots with possibly a backdrops setup.

Models - Chance to mingle, meet, network, network, network and start booking shoots. There will be a lot of photogs there. If you can't book work out of a meet & greet, or at least talk to a photog about booking in the future, you need to rethink your approach to this business. Cause seriously, there are guys there looking to shoot.
