As a leading expert in the beauty and hair care fields, Debbie first began her career following the completion of studies in both Master Cosmetology and Master Barbering at Atlanta Technical College. After graduating from the institution with honors, Debbie realized that education was her calling. She quickly made the decision to follow her dream by pursuing Technical Education with Soft Sheen, and by continuing on with her education to pursue an instructor’s license.

Now, with almost thirty years of dedicated work within the industry, Debbie has enhanced the world of beauty in countless capacities from merchandising and promotions to management and distribution. In addition, Debbie has held prominent positions with the Mizani Academy on Tour, J.C. Penny’s Salon Haircutting Trend Team, and on various project teams with Soft Sheen.
