Who is Breana C'moine? A native of Richmond, VA, a graduate of the prestigious Steward School, a current international Business major/minor of French and Dance & Choreography at Virginia Commonwealth University, and the daughter of Carter Beauford, the drummer for the Dave Matthews Band.
Breana C'moine Beauford is the CEO and founder of Give Me Gawdy, Incorporated. Born on November 5, 1986, this rising Richmond icon is no stranger to the entertainment industry. At a tender age, Breana C'moine appeared in the Dave Matthews Band video entitled "Stay". During adolescence, Breana C'moine had the opportunity to have main roles in classic musicals such as The Music Man and Bye Bye Birdie produced by SPARC Theatre Co. During high school, she also had leading roles in the musicals Ruthless, The King and I, and Once on this Island. For three consecutive years, Breana C'moine was chosen out of 1000 applicants to sing in a 300 district chorus ensemble.
For more than 6 years, Breana C'moine has graced the runway and camera lenses with her undeniable talent. With over 80+ fashion shows under her belt, Breana C'moine has managed to headline events such as Radio One, Simon D concert, Dillard's fashion shows, and Sister 4 Sister Conference and has appeared on the front cover of the Richmond Times Dispatch.
Breana C'moine has also excelled in the art of jazz, modern, ballet, and hip hop dance. Additionally, she has had the opportunity to display her talent by opening up for artist such as R&B singer Lloyd, Sammie, Crime Mob, and Bow Wow. She was also a backup dancer for Tifanii Songbird from Diddy's Making the Band 3, and was featured as the "ring girl" for The Golden Glove Boxing Tournament.
Moreover, in August of 2008, Breana C'moine created Give Me Gawdy, Incorporated to further promote her aspirations of becoming a world renowned fashion icon/dancer/actress/singer; an all around entertainer. Furthermore, it is Breana C'moine's hope not only to promote herself but to help other aspiring entertainers by providing networking opportunities through social events, fashion shows, concerts, etc.
*I am very experienced, serious about my work, and a blast to work with! I am looking for new photographers, make-up artists, fashion designers, etc. who, as well, are serious about their work, willing to "think outside the box", and come up with some awesome ideas! I am very creative and have been told in the past that I do not need heavy guidance nor need to be told what to do every minute. I have no problem traveling for great work and very negotiable.
