About me

This is the retouching profile to Dreamscape Creative [Studios]. It's "Dreamscape Creative" on here because the full name is evidently too long. I wanted to emphasize that we also offer quality retouching without having to distract from my photography profile.

My rates are very competitive and I have a fast turn-around time. There is hardly a technique I do not know or effect I cannot simulate. I pride myself on being able to preserve a high standard for realism, but also like to push the envelope on artistic interpretations.

-Rates-

Basic retouch: $10/image.

-What is a Basic Retouch?-

A Basic Retouch essentially means that you didn't make any fundamental mistakes in taking your photograph to necessitate an Advanced Retouch. What I would be doing is one or more of the following, upon request:

-Dodge & burn
-Skin smoothing (I favor keeping pore details unless instructed otherwise)
-Removal of blemishes
-Fix extraneous hairs
-To a limited degree, body modifications (expanding or contraction of face/body) -- I will only do this if asked to do so!
-Sharpening
-Blurring
-Whitening of eyes/teeth
-Digital makeup
-Brighten or darken
-Color correction
-Saturation/desaturation
-B&W conversion

-What is an Advanced Retouch?-

An advanced retouch from me will entail everything from the Basic Retouch (where applicable), plus all or some of the following:

-Compositing (bringing in details from other photos)
-Removal of objects
-Background replacements

Due to advanced needs being complex in nature, pricing is based on an evaluation of your special needs.

-Guide to getting the most out of your images-

Send me high resolution copies of your photos, and preferably in their RAW format. This allows me to get more information out of your images. Jpgs and tiffs are also accepted, however.

-Copyright information-

You need to be a copyright holder of the images you want me to work on.

-Credit-

While not a requirement, I do request the liberty of posting a before/after of the image in my portfolio here on Model Mayhem. Also desired is the liberty to post the retouch on my website in a special retouch section (not to be confused with my photography), with credit to you if you elect to have it.

-Do you do TF agreements?-

Only if you have something that's going to benefit my portfolio. High resolution files only.
