Kate Harlow is an up-and-coming burlesque and cabaret performer based in Brisbane. The graphic designer by day began taking pole dancing lessons at The Scoundrelles School of Pole and Burlesque and before long was tempted by the other classes on offer. Although having sung for 10 years, until now Kate was yet to find her niche. Her first foray into burlesque was at the Fringe Bar's Cabaret and Burlesque Competition where she took out the Best New Talent and Audience Favourite awards.
I am most interested in projects with a vintage/retro/pin-up theme, but I am open to suggestions for other shoots that I may be suitable for. My motivation for starting this profile is to develop a folio of shots that I can use promotional purposes, and also just for the experience and enjoyment of being involved in a shoot. I am happy with TFP or TFCD arrangements.
