About me
I have a ton of experience working with infants, children, and families, and now I am breaking into the fashion, modeling, and commercial worlds. Captive Light Photography officially launched in JAN2009, but I have spent over 15 years behind one camera or another. I am not a newcomer to the field, nor am I a "guy with a camera" who is just looking to get close to models! No matter who I'm working with, where we are are shooting, or what concept we are trying to achieve, I approach everything with professionalism, technical expertise, and a smile! Now, let's go make some spectacular photographs!
I normally schedule 2-3 sessions of trade work each month for models and/or concepts I'd like to add to my portfolio. I'm currently working on an image series of high fashion in odd places on a trade basis. I'm also open to hearing out other ideas for trade work. Outside of that, my regular rates are very reasonable.
Beyond photography, I manage to stay pretty busy spending time with my family, and working on my bachelor's degree from the Art Institute.
I'm up for just about anything, so contact me with any concepts or crazy ideas you may have.
