My name is Alessandro and I'm a 24-year-old language student with the hobby of photography. I am primarly a photographer, but I don't mind modelling as well. Although I've modelled amateurishly since 2006, I've started doing it with a more professional approach only since 2011.
For me, Art is all about self-expression and emotional release; it's an inner journey of self-discovery that is put into a sensorial form in order to share parts of it with other people as a sort of emotional catharsis and communion. Shooting fulfills most of my needs in both communicating my feelings, thoughts and stories and catalysing my emotional downpours, but modelling helps me express certain concepts I can only communicate thourgh myself in the image. Beside that, while shooting helps me sort my psychological stuff out, modelling plays a pivotal role in my journey of physical self-acceptance, helping me build a good and healthy relationship with my own body by learning to love my values and accept my flaws.

As a model, my most peculiar features are my long hair, androgynous face and natural thin frame. At the moment, I'm wearing beard and long fingernails, but I can shave, or cut my nails if required. My style of clothing can be basically described as post-Gothic, which means, while I retain some influences from my former Goth days, I've shifted towards a more fashionable and elegant style.
I prefer working for fine art and conceptual photos in which the artistic or emotional expression is the main aim of the image, but I also love beautiful clothes, so I'm in for fashion portraits as well. I generally do not shoot full nudes and am slightly uncomfortable showing too much skin, unless the project really thrills me.
Speaking of which, I'm open to work on Tf* basis with travel refunding (if I have to go somewhere aptly for the shooting), but I'm rather selective about the projects I'm asked for. If I turn an idea down but I'm wanted anyways, a payd assignment can be arranged instead. And of course, if you propose me a paid work to begin with then I'd be glad and thankful. These conditions are open for negotiation case by case anyways.

I usually do my hair and make up myself, but I don't mind working with professional make up artists and hairstylists (as long as they DO NOT dye or cut my hair). If I have to style my outfit myself, I prefer at least some direction from the photographer rather than just "bring whatever you want", thanks.

I am able to travel in Northern Italy and Slovenia, but I require that long travels be refund.
