My name is Bre Garcia and I have owned and operated Bre Garcia Photography since November 2003. I've been "taking pictures" since I was a child, but I didn't become a photographer until somewhere along my 18th birthday when I actually began to STUDY photography and the actual mechanics behind it. Being behind the camera gives my soul a freedom it can't find anywhere else. Knowing that I am forever capturing a solid moment in time, whether I've created that moment or stumbled upon it, is a rush that is unparalleled to anything else. Just pointing and clicking does not a photographer make. I feel that you must continuously be pushing your knowledge of what creates a beautiful portrait and I hope that by networking with other photographers, I will find mentors and friends alike that will help me along the way.

I am hoping that by joining Model Mayhem I will be able to meet and network with a wide range of photographers, models, and MUAs to help build my abilities as a photographer as well as fill out my portfolio.

I am soon to be starting cosmetology school in hopes of being able to add another tool in my bag to be able to give my customers what they really want - a full service, photographic experience.


My weapon of choice is a Nikon and I never leave home without it. I aim to please not only the client, but the eyes of those who will be looking at the photos with the clients.
