I started shooting as a kid and my first camera was a medium format beast with no internal meter or view finder. I hated that camera at the time but now I realized all the great things it taught me. My second camera still lacked a meter but at least it was a 35mm SLR and had a view finder you could almost see through. Amazingly this did no€™t turn me off of photography and here I am now still clicking away at the shutter. Of course, I am shooting mostly digital these days but if you were to ask me what my favorite camera is it would be my 35 year old Nikon FE2 which still has a place in my camera bag. It was my first camera with an internal meter and it has faithfully traveled the world at my side. I have been lucky enough to dabble in multiple styles through the photography program at Langara and am always looking to try new things.

Right now I am focusing on classical style portraitures so if you are looking to build your port up these are a great starting point. If you have a shot in mind you think we'd be a good match for don't hesitate to ask.
