* As earlier noted, I offer a discount on my rates if you make a booking deposit. There will be no discount on mandatory deposits though.

If these Last Minute Cancellations continue I will start requiring a deposit for all sessions. Don't make me do that please sad

For now it's only for high risk bookings.

DEPOSITS, REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
~Cancelling within 72 hours, your deposit is refundable minus a fee equivalent to one hour at the agreed rate.
~To rebook I require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a one hour charge for the previously cancelled appointment unless already satisfied.
~Cancelling on time but rescheduling twice will require a non-refundable 50% deposit to reschedule.
~Cancelling with 73 hours notice or more I will refund you 100% of your deposit.
~Cancelling once I've traveled, travel expenses and the deposit are non-refundable. Canceling prior to travel, the deposit is refundable minus a one hour fee at the agreed rate and any, if any, expenses incurred such as non-refundable hotel or flight fees.
~If I must cancel, you receive back 100% of your booking fee deposit.
