My name is Astrid, a graduate of the University of Exeter with a Drama and French BA hons degree. I enjoy modelling, acting and singing, but I am also a strong dancer with grade 6 Ballet training. I am an extremely hard working, sociable and versatile performer who enjoys meeting new people. I posess an outgoing friendly personality and appearance wise I have an interesting look probably due to my mixed Oriental and Dutch background.

I am extremely ambitious. When I set an objective, I will do my utmost to accomplish this through hard work and applying my initiative and inventiveness. This was demonstrated when I managed to travel as well as earn money after my University graduation. I am a team player who thrives on joint efforts to achieve team goals. By the same token, I am also resourceful and enjoy working on my own ingenuity. I have proven this by getting my Private Pilot’s Licence in between working for airlines.

I am used to working individually to overcome problems and meet deadlines under pressure. This is verified by the fact that I have had a diverse experience of being on set for shoots, and most recently I was part of the team involved in the documentary starring the French actor and Parkour founder Sébastien Foucan and freerunner Daniel Ilabaca.

I am confident to express my ideas as well as listen to others. I am also a sociable person who enjoys interacting with people. Doing degree in a Drama and French has also strengthened my communication skills and allowed me to get my message across a wide spectrum.
