Growing up in Youngstown, OH, Vashti knew that she wanted to be involved in the beauty industry. From a very early age, she was always doing hair and make-up on friends and family. While attending college at Youngstown State University to persure a degree in Advertisng and Public Relations, she enrolled in Raphael's School of Beauty and fell in love. Wanting to take her career further, after graduating beauty school, she took her knowledge and passion to Las Vegas and hit the ground running. She continued her education in everything beauty taking classes and workshops with some of the top names in the industry. From fashion shows, photo shoots and celebrity events, Vashti quickly built a name for herself as a top freelance artist because of her ability to do hair, makeup and wardrobe. While working with celebrities, designers, and top photographers, she was approached to become an instructor for what is now the Paul Mitchel Academy of Las Vegas. After sharing her love and expertise for hair and beauty with students, she decided to take the position of Artistic Director and Lead Stylist of the salon at the world renowned ARIA Resort and Casino in City Center of Las Vegas. While there, she continued to add celebrities, models and the international elite to her already impressive resume. She also got the opportunity to work with and train with the world renowned top stylist Oribe, who has done almost every cover of Vouge and has styled everyone from Jenifer Lopez to Lady GaGa. Currently, she resides at the Madarin Oriental Las Vegas located in City Center, were she dose hair and makeup for the whos who's of the world, and is still enjoying the freedoms of freelancing, doing hair, make-up and wardrobe. She also works with Vegas locals and elite as a personal Image Consultant, in which she creates the perfect "look" for her clients, from the hair to make-up to the clothes, she makes everyone she works with look and feel there best!

In addition to doing hair, make-up, and wardrobe styling, Vashti is a budding entrepreneur. She owns SalonGroup LLC. which include SalonGroup Salon Consulting and Management as well as LookBook Las Vegas, which is a beauty, health, and style directory.
