Our Loan Policy to Models, Photographers and Stylists

1. We will loan out pieces to established models, photographers, stylists and individuals deemed appropriate by the designer.

2. Anyone wishing to borrow designs must contact Narcisse Designs and we will have you fill out a Garment Loan Form.

3. We will verify details and check refernces if needed. 

4. The Garment Loan Form must be filled out and includes  a description of what is being loaned, who is responsible for it, when and how it will be used, and when it will be returned. The Form also incudes the borrower's details for their Drivers License and a credit card (card will not be charged unless there is damage to the property or a cleaning fee is needed)

5. The borrower is responsible for returning the property in the same or better condition than received. Costumes must be dry cleaned  unless specified otherwise a dry cleaning fee will be charged upon the return of the property.

6. The borrower is responsible for replacement or repair of any items lost, damaged or stolen.

7. Upon return of the property, we will check in the garments indicating that it was received in good condition.

8. Failure to follow this Policy by the borrower or their designate will result in losing the privilege of borrowing property from Narcisse Designs.
