I am doing limited "trade" work right now. Please check my casting calls or my list "Shots I'd Love To Do" to see if you want to collaborate on something I've already got in mind. Otherwise, feel free to send me a message with a specific concept/idea!

I am an artist, and a photographer with almost 20 years behind the camera. I shoot with a Nikon D5000 and often work on trade, where in exchange for your time, you get a CD of the best images as well as select retouches.

I have a studio in Ojai; I converted our guest room so the studio is small, but it is perfect for head shots and closeups and the like. I am also open to shooting on location, usually on a weekend, which fill up fast.

The Hawk: Zike (pronounced "Zee-Kay") is a large African hawk and is available for many of my shoots. If you would like Zike to be a part of your shoot, it will require a signed release of liability in addition to the standard model release form. Just let me know. Zike is a very good animal model and a very unique partner. I will provide all safety equipment, of course.

Allergy Information! - My studio is located in my home. I do have a dog, and I have birds. They are not allowed in the studio, but you know how fur permeates... If you are allergic to either of these, you may wish to consider only shooting location with me.

PS - My turn around time right now is 3 weeks. You will get online sized retouches as I do them, so you'll have pics starting a day or two after the shoot, with the final CD/DVD in the mail 3 weeks from our shoot.
