Hi My Name is Spencer Regan, Im 21 years old. I Grew up in Santa Barbara, CA and now I'm currently residing in Newport Beach, CA. I grew up Surfing since I was a little kid and started competing Professionally when I was 18. I have done lots of catalog work for my sponsors as well as some ad campaigns.
