Hello my name is Chelsea Lowe, I am a licensed Cosmetologist and Esthetician! I enjoy doing Hair and Makeup and love the fashion industry! I haven't done to much work yet photo shoot wise , due to being busy at the salon but i am willing to do whatever it takes to build my portfolio and hopefully help some of you build yours as well! My styles a little bit of everything, i am not to picky but i usual base my ideas off high fashion {previous photo shoot work was group ideas not just mine therefor they are not 100% my style}. I am ready to show this world my passion and hope i can find some other artist on hear that have the same drive and passion!!!!
