Bliss Salon opened its doors in 2001 under the enthusiastic direction of owners Kim and Rich Cutting. Kim, a third generation hairstylist, initiated Bliss with three hairdressers in a modest 800 square foot area. Kim firmly believes that an integral part of success in the industry is due to continued stylist education. Kim has worked at New York Fashion week with ORIBE’s editorial team and has participated in education held at ION studio in New York. Her enthusiasm for fashion has driven her to strive to work one-on-one in the editorial atmosphere.
