FAQ

1. Nudes?
I will do implied nudity for photographers.  I will only do full nudity for photographers I have worked with before and love, or for art/illustration modeling (drawing, painting, sculpture, etc).

2. TFP?
I regret that I no longer have time to shoot TFP unless it will be published in print or, in some cases, online.  I am also willing to work for trade (clothing, shoes, makeup, etc).

3. What kind of clothes do you have?
My wardrobe tends towards vintage and retro, some fetish, corsets, lingerie, stockings, and many shoes.

4. Where can we shoot?
I have a small art studio in Oakland's Chinatown.  It's not fully set up yet, but it's worth asking about.

SOME GENERALITIES:
My name is Magdalene Veen.

Since I've been doing this so long, I have a massive collection of clothing, makeup, and props. Over sixty pairs of shoes; a brace of corsets and bodices; stockings vintage and modern; too many legwarmers; wigs; beads, ribbons, and strings of pearls; giant antique steamer trunks; fishing net; feathers; hats; Victorian jackets and corsets; WWII-era battlefield furniture, and god knows what else.

I have a stunning warehouse studio with huge windows until November.


INFORMATION REGARDING TFP (time-for-print/pics/CD) SHOOTS:
I have entered school full time and no longer have time to shoot TFP, unless:

1. The project will go to print in a book, magazine, or advertisement, or be published prominently online on a high-traffic site.

OR

2. I have contacted you before, offering TFP, because I love your work.  Or I've left a tag or added you to a list or otherwise expressed my stunned admiration.

OR

3. You are a well-known artist in your own right.

OR

4. We have worked together before.

OR

5. You are a designer/artist/makeup artist and can trade me some clothes/art/makeup.



TFP FOR ZIVITY? (TFZ)
Yes!  I have entered school full time and no longer have time to shoot TFP.  However!  If you are an established photographer on Zivity with a decent amount of traffic so I can make a couple bucks, let's talk.  I do have a couple requests, though:

1. I would prefer to do the retouching.  I've retouched all my Zivity sets so far I won't touch your white balance, exposure or lighting unless you want me to, but skin, hair, and so on are all mine.

2. I have final approval over what does or does not get uploaded (duh).

3. Up to implied nude only.
