About me
**Professional Singer/Songwriter with large, global Social Media connections**
Hi there! Thanks for being here! Please see my credits for excellent references.
What I love is the opportunity to help a photographer/MUA/designer achieve some artistic, interesting and fun shots. I love getting creative, have lots of energy and I'm very enthusiastic about all projects I embark on! I have location and studio experience (including chroma key) and I have also done lots of acting since I was 5, including professional theatre. I was also a film extra (body double) in Thailand and have been in a music video ('Mainstream' by Thea Gilmore-as seen on Top Of The Pops 2).
I come to shoots without ego but with ideas, a willingness to learn and the confidence to input too. I behave professionally on shoots but also always have a lot of fun! I love many genres including fantasy images (fairies etc) and love work that shows the beauty of nature.
My images have been in various publications in the UK, Brazil and Thailand, relating to my work as a professional Singer/Songwriter. These include promotional posters, newspapers (including huge Brasilian papers and local UK ones), magazines and various online magazines/websites etc. I have also sang on Brasilian TV on TV Globo, the largest South American TV company. I do selective TF work if it will enhance my portfolio or I can use the images for my music promotion. My style is normally funky/summery/clubby/fairy but I'm open minded. I take direction well and can also move confidently.
Future projects that would interest me:
Full band (there are 3 of us).
Fire spinning.
Dancing.
Live shoot (playing guitar and singing).
Areas of natural beauty.
Yoga.
Album cover.
Edgey 'urban' shoot (disused factory/warehouse etc) for the Dubstep/Drum & Bass duo I'm in with a male producer.
Family shoot.
Wedding/bridal shoot.
I am also open to suggestions!
I have an album available on I-Tunes/Amazon etc and am gigging lots with a new band - live and radio. I also have some projects on the go with some well-established dance music producers. My goal is to spread as much love, peace and fun as possible!
Amongst other things I'm also an experienced teacher and love to travel! I did my Post Graduate Certificate in Education after my BA honours degree (2:1) in Law & Philosophy, Subsidiary: Computer Science. I can spin fire pois/sticks, I love to dance, I've been a club DJ and a radio presenter, both in Thailand. I'm also a freelance writer, session singer/writer and have often performed live on radio and also have often been on to speak about the volunteering I do.
I network globally and promote various things including The Venus Project. I have over 3,000 facebook friends, over 1,000 Twitter followers, over 700 likes on my Facebook music page, and always promote the photographers I work with.
I have shoots lined up with some AMAZING photographers! Watch this space for port updates! I do have openings though so feel free to send me a message!
