Right up front, my policy: I don't charge, and I don't pay. Well, I'll charge corporations, and anyone with an ugly excess of cash, but for normal people, we're just being creative together. Tfcd is how it is. All copyrights are shared equally, however.
I should note that you get ALL photos from the shoot. Good and bad. Yep, you get to see what goes right, or horribly wrong; so we can fix it next time. I usually deliver within 24-48 hours of the shoot.

By the way... the "effects" in the photos, soft focus, motion blurs, those are all in the shoot, they're not photoshopped. I don't know why it is, but it annoys me slightly when people assume they're edited to look that way... I like to do it on the film, dammit. Or the card, these days.

A few people have mentioned, and I agree, that it's nice to know what the photographer looks like. Saves you a lot of running around if you're meeting someone at a public place. And in my case, will hopefully lessen the shock. Behold: (O, the horror, the horror...)
Hm, I always hate this part - mostly I shoot anime conventions, costumes, Gothic Lolita and the like - always looking for a new event, or someone with a project in mind. I do a lot of TFCD work, have both digital and film gear... but lately have drifted towards mostly digital.
So, if you've got some nice costumes, or radical ideas, let's burn some pixels. And yes, I do photos other than costumes. I prefer location work, with some interesting backgrounds, and natural lights... but a sweet location is still dull to me without a human element in it.
You know, I've been hearing from some models lately about how long it takes them to get their images.... I try to have them available by midnight the same day, or within 24 hours.
