About Me

I'm Shad Rock, but my close friends call me Don Diego de la Vega. True story.

So I just relocated back to Mass after 10 years of jet-setting across the globe in the military. It was a tough 10 years, but very rewarding. I've had the opportunity to live in Italy for 3 years and it's one of my favorite worldwide destinations to this day.

I'm a former bodybuilder and in addition to modeling, I'm a singer/songwriter and guitarist in an R&B group called Solaris 10:08.
