Creativity, what is it? Where does that spark come from? I found two sentences on Wikipedia's definition that stuck with me. 1. Creativity can be defined as a phenomenon whereby something new and valuable is created (such as an idea, a joke, an artistic or literary work, a painting or musical composition, a solution, an invention etc.). 2. Creativity can also be defined "as the process of producing something that is both original and worthwhile" or "characterized by originality and expressiveness and imaginative". I think of "Creativity" as the mind winding up like a perfectly timed watch and working in sync to perform a function that ends in an emotional response from the end result. Whether the emotional response is happy, sad, hunger, desire, etc. is based on what the creation is and how it is presented. The possibilities of Creativity are an endless stream from which most of my life has flowed.
