I'm a graphic designer who is interested in getting better at figurative art. Most of my work, even my digital work, is profoundly influenced by what I can do with my hands. I prefer to make things, rather than just create the illusion of a rendered thing. Much of my design work ends up being compilations of what I can draw, paint, sculpt, carve, turn, or otherwise create by hand and make into something more.

In my art I like to explore. Style, medium, subject matter… I don't get to create "art" often, so my relative inexperience shows and I'm much more interested in practice than producing finished pieces. I don't feel as if I've found the one thing (style, medium, whatever) that is "me" so I'm still exploring that and finding my voice… if I have one.

I'm here at MM to find models when I have a need.
I'm also interested in local artists who might be interested in trading services in kind (model/artist role swap) as I wouldn't mind a symbiotic relationship to decrease costs and increase practice time while getting to see other artists work (although to be fair, I'm no pro model, but neither would I expect others to be).
