My name is Alyssa Faiva. I am currently a cosmetology student at Independence College of Cosmetology; needless to say, I have a passion for hair, makeup, and fashion. My mom is a hair stylist, so I've wanted to get into the fashion industry ever since I was a little girl. I do not model professionally. I model on the side for a photographer named Phillip Flores just for fun and to help him with his portfolio because he is a fantastic photographer. I would however, love to make it into a career, but for now I am working in a restaurant. Eventually, I would like to own my own salon and hopefully be modeling as well. I played basketball and volleyball all throughout high school and went on to play basketball in college, so I am in pretty good shape and am good with physically challenging things. I am a very unique individual, both in my style, and in my personality, and I like to show it off. I'm not afraid to be different and stand out, in fact, I love to stand out. My hair changes frequently, right now i have a blue/black mohawk with designs shaved into the sides. I'm not afraid to show my body because there is nothing to be ashamed of.
