I am an artist and corset maker residing in upstate New York. I am actively working on building my web site portfolio and creating samples. I work primarily with period patterns and antique lace to make custom-fit, historically accurate corsets.

I have an art and theater background, and recently completed my Master's in Clinical Counseling. I find the psychology a nice complement to the artistic aspect of my life, especially when it comes to working with differing personality types.

The main thing I need from Model Mayhem is to bring my work to the next level. I recently spent multiple upon multiple hours re-creating an antique corset only to be disappointed by the quality of the final pictures. I am not in a position to be able to sit back and say, "The pictures don't do this justice!" If they don't, then there is a problem: I need to step up my game by connecting with professional models and photographers.

My style tends toward the historical due to the nature of the garments and the fabrics I work with. I prefer abandoned urban sites, gardens and winter scenes to show off my work. Sometimes I lean toward creepy in over-all feel, but mostly, I want to create items of beauty that others enjoy wearing and living in.

While I do not need to utilize any nudity in my fashion shoots, I would like to be able to enhance my completed corsets with stockings and garters. Preference is for ladies with some corset and/or waist-training experience, however it is not mandatory, but please consider how comfortable you might be laced for a shoot for an hour or two.
