Hey there, I'm Kim Baxter. I am a wife, mother of 4 and grandmother of 2. I live in Evansville, IN. I have been involved in the beauty/cosmetics/pageant industry for over 25 years, first as a pageant contestant/title holder (back in the 80's and 90's), then as a pageant judge, pageant mom of a 17 year old girl who has competed since age 4 and has won SEVERAL state and national pageant titles, including 2012 USA National Miss Indiana Teen. I am also the national director of World's Ultimate Beauties pageant. I have worked as a hair and makeup artist since 1985. I have been a makeup artist for both Estee Lauder and Lancome Cosmetic's, and also as a make up artist/instructor at Asante's Modeling Agency in Evansville, IN. 1985-1988. I do hair and makeup for pageants, cheer and dance squads, proms/school dances, drag queen competitions, bikini contests, photo shoots,weddings, women's bodybuilding competitions or any event where you must look BEAUTIFUL. My specialties are "Glamourous" and "Sexy" looks. But I can also do hair and makeup for Beauty Queen headshots and more natural, everyday looks. I also am available for "makeovers", where I give hair and make up lessons on how to best show off your natural beauty. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE making girls/women look and feel beautiful!! Once a year, I give free makeovers to women in Battered Women's shelter's. I really feel like if they feel better about themselves, they will have the self esteem to realize their self worth and they are more likely to get out of the abusive relationship.
