Migdalia L. Roach is a well known local freelance photographer in the St. Croix community, and has been offering her photography service to many local residents and visitors from November 2000. Migdalia was initially trained by one of America’s leading portrait studios, Olan Mills Portrait Studios and worked for their St. Croix location for the one and half years the company stayed in business in the US Virgin Islands.

Many clients had come to love the portraits and service they received at the St. Croix Olan Mills studio from staff such as herself. She was able to walk away from that experience at Olan Mills with a greater appreciation and desire for photography. Migdalia then saw a vision for a local full-service portrait studio for all St. Croix residents, which then led to the creation of 'Xquisite Portrait Studio.

She has kept active within the photography industry and contuniously updates her knowledge of new photography techniques, equipment, and services. Her keys to the success of XPS will be to provide quality portraits at affordable prices with excellent customer service to any and every client.
