When I was 4 years old I started playing t-ball, but the normal age is 5. So the bats I used were bigger than I was suppose to be using, but I ended up being the best batter on the team. Later through my career, it would never fail, I would have my first batting practice with a new team and grab a bigger bat. I was use to a heavier bat at that point, but the new coach would tell me to put it down, and suggested a smaller bat. I would tell them, I've got this, and after the first at bat they always left me alone. From that I gained the name Bigstick(turns out it was a brand name from the louisville slugger) but it ended up describing my personality. I've never been afraid of any task small or large, and I approach all situations with the most preparation, and dedication. I am a true professional, and understand that the end product has to be the best. This carried over into my career in the Navy, and this will spill over into my career as a photographer.
I have recently moved to Atlanta, from Fort Worth TX, and I'm looking to network in Atlanta/Athens area. I have always had a deep mind, and I see things different than most. This is what separates my photos from other photographers, plus I understand it from the science point of view. I see a lot of photographers making mistakes with the lighting, and I can't help but to point things out, and they look at me like I'm new and tell me to shut up, but I know they won't get return business. I hope to help models advance their careers without getting taking advantage of. I've managed to get in good with several new magazines that are up and coming, and t-shirt companies who are all looking for a face for the company.
