I'm a professional portrait artist, generally in the classical tradition, taking my inspiration from life but using photos as well. As well as taking on commissioned portraits I love to paint and draw people for my own fulfilment and portfolio. For the past ten years or so I've mainly been involved in painting pictures professionally but have recently re-discovered the inspiration of painting pictures for myself. This is what I would want from this agency - to be able to have the opportunity to paint from models that I choose and who may also have experience of modelling and therefore be able to share ideas for poses and other aspects of the creative process involved in painting a portrait.
