Digital Desert Photo

My name is Preston Johnson and I am the owner and photographer for Digital Desert Photography, LLC, a Colorado-based limited liability company. I started shooting film many, many years ago and finally completed the transition to digital-only a few years ago when a developer utterly ruined an airshow photo-set that contained some unique images that I was very lucky to get. Most of my photo career has been devoted to object and scenery photography, but I have branched out and become much more interested in people rather than things. I have some of my photo-artwork on display at a local gallery as well as my website, but it's time to move in a different direction. I've been practicing close-up and portrait photography for a year or so, and now I need professional-level models to help me hone the craft before I set out to advertise portrait photography as a sideline. Model Mayhem looked like a good starting point, and I don't expect to be disappointed.
