I'm a relatively new photographer with an interest in photographing people. A big fan of the Peter Hurley headshot style, I have a preference for portraits and under/over lighting.

I work in the studio or on location with lights, and I prefer photographing faces more than any other subject. Ten frames one second apart can yield ten totally unique images. There are beautiful photos of ordinary people, and ordinary photos of beautiful people. What did the photographer do (or not do) to make it so?

If I've contacted you it is with a view to arranging a shoot with other models, photographers, usually a MUA, and full studio lights. These shoots are great fun and a great way to develop your portfolio. The details vary, but usually we experiment with new lighting setups, techniques (eg fast lights), themes, and sometimes makeup. The shoots are relaxed and informal, with the emphasis on lighting techniques and unique ideas for photographs.
