I was put on this earth to entertain. It is not just a passion of mine, but more an innate sense of duty to keep others around me laughing and enjoying life. From receiving my degree in radio broadcasting, to working my way up to on air personality was a great experience however radio was not my avenue. My next endeavor was working for an NBC affiliate behind the scenes. Also a great experience, however the world of news was a bit too uptight for my personality. This gave me real world training in on screen deliveries as well as interview techniques.
The culmination of all this has lead me to the realization that my efforts would be best utilized in the world of comedy, comedic acting, or just acting in general. I went to get head shots with a local photographer, and by the end of the shoot I had more than a couple handfuls of photos that am very proud of. Friends and family also gave me quite the appreciated reception. That coupled with how much fun it was leads me to the mindset: get my face out any way I can. Not to mention, if I can network it is always a good thing! Lets face it, there's a time for laughs, and there is a time for business.
Ultimately, the goal for which I will work hard AND smart is making the world of entertainment my business. I am versed in many avenues, and will apply the knowledge to future endeavors to make myself and my work better every time.
