I test when i have a concept and a story i want to create, all tests are submitted and over the past 3 years 100% have been published.
i will often work with agency models, but i look on Modelmayhem for new talent and models for shoots that an agency model may not wish to do. Such as shooting at night, nudity etc. I always work with a full team, Make up and styling and must consider them when booking a model.
I occasionally have jobs where the client will require a freelance model, in which case i will find myself in the position where i can book paid shoots from here.
