Kelly Wahlstrom is a designer, illustrator, dancer and choreographer living the Bay Area. Currently in her final semester studying graphic design in the MFA program at the Academy of Art University, San Francisco, she spends her days working on her thesis project, finalizing her portfolio, helping run the AAU/AIGA student group, teaching some dance classes, taking some dance classes, freelancing, cooking dinner with her chef-husband John, and watching movies with their cat, Simon. She uses this calendar to manage her schedule.

Her work has been recognized by the Academy of Art in the past three spring shows and her most recent work experience includes an internship at Office, and San Francisco Center for the Book. She can’t believe that graduation is — really and truly — almost here and is looking forward to getting some much-needed sleep.
