Joe'l have had a passion for the art industry as long as hes known himself.attended performing arts in high school,he studied theater,dance,fashion design,and art.he's been a licensed hairstylist for over 15 years now in two states and a educator for Mizani hair products.Joe'l believes in further education being it keeps him affloat and ahead of trends.he relocated summer of 2014 from kansas city missouri to atlanta to pursue a career in the entertaining industry.what i would like from this site is the necessary resources to accompish my goal
