I'm a young adult living in western Kentucky, stranded seems like a better way to put it, and I have been shooting for around 7 years.
I edit with Photoshop CS6, Lightroom4, and I use bridge as well. I shoot with a Canon Rebel T1i, Canon 5D Mark II, and a 50 mm 1:1:4 lens, along with a 24-70mm 1:2:8 lens.
I do not own a studio, however, I have lots of connections to locations and studios that are idealistic for many many photoshoots. I do not like to take portraits, aka christmas card photos, pictures of families, children, etc... but I am not opposed to making a profit.
In my free time I plan photoshoots, designed to replicate photoshoot events planned by artists such as Peter Lindburgh, Steven Meisel, and others. I feel as if I have been given an opportunity with a talent beyond just a camera and computer. I love to plan and organize photoshoots, and I especially enjoy working with people. I have found and hired many girls, who have now decided to pursue a modeling career, and worked with them to create a portfolio best fit for their personality.
I would love to sit down and talk with anyone who is interested in helping with photoshoots, donating, or other tasks that I may be potentially useful in.
