What is Dr. Sketchy’s Gettysburg?
Dr. Sketchy’s is the world’s premier alternate drawing movement, where artists draw glamorous models and performers in a creative industrial environment. In normal life classes, silent students sit in a silent room and draw. Dr. Sketchy’s, offers a lively environment with music, conversation and a large dose of creativity! DRSG is entertainment for those creative individuals who love to sketch the beautiful human form.
We are conducting an all-call for interested models. Each event will feature one model. If we are offering a special theme, some events may have a need for additional models.
• Models should have or have access some unique and zany/stunning/sparkly costumes. If possible, props to go with those costumes, and if you have two or three that can be worked into a theme. Costuming is a critical part of DRSG!
• Models can have the opportunity to performer with experience in some type of performance art. This is NOT a requirement just a great opportunity to show off a unique talent.
• Models need to be able to hold a variety of interesting poses for 1 to 20 minutes at a time.
