After learning photography, film, and digital media, Michael worked as a model in both commercial and high fashion. Soon he was able to link his presence both in front and behind the camera by creating his own production team. He started Ayin Esquire Creation, creating pictures that blended elements of cinematic storytelling using iconic stories.

He now shoots fashion editorials with some reportage of streets, nightlife, and fine living in the city of New York.

His influences in photography stem from fantasy, film noir, the classic 20th century glam of old Hollywood, and the european New Wave. Some of his favorite all-time photographers are Henri-Cartier Bresson, Lillian Bassman, Richard Avedon, Helmut Newton, Mario Testino, Mikael Jansson, and Tim Walker.
