I am currently studying specialist make-up and hairstyling at West Thames College which I started in September 2012 and attend two days a week. I enjoy this because I am learning more and more techniques on a weekly basis which I can add to my repertoire. Within this course I have studied special effects make-up, and make-up and hair for theatre and film for productions such as The Nutcracker, Cirque Du Soleil, Titanic and make-up for different periods such as the Elizabethan era right through to current fashions of today.
I am highly self-motivated and can work independently. However, I am also very good at working as part of any team. I am confident, polite, efficient, hard-working, have excellent communication skills and I always work calmly, efficiently and neatly to the best of my ability. I have good time keeping which makes me very reliable.

My experience is mostly theatrical make-up for productions such as Peter Pan. My future career goals are to continue to work in theatre but I would also like to work in the fashion industry too. I joined Model Mayhem as I was recommended by another make-up artist.
