I've been shooting since the age of six, when I got my first camera. I've always preferred to travel with a camera and, as a touring musician in the 70s and 80s, I went through a lot of film all over the U.S. and Japan. I've done a lot of scenic work, landscape, and still life, but I'm branching out to do more staged and posed portrait work. I'd like to expand my experience in shooting digital black and white, especially glamour shoots with a look of the 1930s and 1940s. I shot a lot of candid portraiture on the road and I'd like to take a little more control. Besides that, I still enjoy shooting portraits outdoors using natural light.
