Creating images with kindred souls and natural backdrops. I enjoy mixing media with outdoor elements and storms or cloudy days when possible.. Traveling to faraway lands and key places is something i do throughout the year,, Key West, Asheville, Florida, California, Costa Rica.  I now work as a destination wedding photographer, and make submissions to regional and national surf magazines.  My craft has progressed to outdoor and seascape photography. I hope this year to mix more of those two formats with chosen select few to build each others portfolios & creative ideas as artists.


Working with Chris Van Atta will always be some adventure, Knocking down doors, scaling fences,or taking a boat to remote locations on islands, you can be sure that you will have some thrills and create some amazing photos too.




As always I enjoy working with my friends designs in Asheville and her clothing style, will be seeking and open to work with models from all walks and who have something to bring to the table other than a pretty face.  Enjoy working with natural, spirited, outgoing, creative , self expressive, personalities.

I am a paid professional photographer, I do this full time, and during certain times of the season I do pay it forward and give back to the community that helped me to get started.  I enjoy sharing my talent and working with new models and veterans also.. Its not always about the money. and I have found that just sharing the art of it is so much more rewarding..
