Many other headshot photographers limit the amount of time they spend photographing their clients. Very often this means that a) the session’s feel rushed and b) not much direction is given to clients in terms of how they should look in front of the camera. My sessions last around 2 1/2 hours which means that my clients do not feel rushed. I help models, actors, musicians, couples and more get over the nervousness that come with having their headshots taken. Why rush a session when having good casting headshots are so important? Taking time also means that I can talk to my clients to get to know how they would like to look, to know what their goals are as performers and to talk about past experiences which may be of use when it comes to the actual photographing part of the session. Every single client walks away from my session knowing that I have captured a wide range of looks.
